# Alium MCP Server

Alium interviews buyers of enterprise software about the tools they use: what they like and dislike, how they rate each vendor, and what they plan to renew, cancel, or put out to RFP. This connector gives Claude direct access to that library, so you can research a market, a competitor, or a target account without leaving the chat.

What you can do:
- Search interview transcripts by vendor, product, industry, company size, in-market category, or keyword, then read the full interview or pull only the lines that matter.
- Look up vendor profiles, including buyer ratings, likes and dislikes, top buyers, and related vendors.
- Search buyer accounts and read an account's tech stack, KPIs, ICP context, and Quick Study Q&A.

- "What do Acme customers dislike most, and who are they considering instead?"
- "Find ecommerce buyers planning to replace their CX platform in the next 12 months."
- "Summarize everything we know about Acme's martech stack."

## Status

### Why the tool list is not verified

Alium refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
