### Clear and concise description of the problem

The anytype-cli starts the http server on port 31012, but anytype-mcp looks for 31009. It would be great to be able to specify the endpoint through an environment variable.

### Support inserting/updating Relation blocks in object body, not only markdown/properties

### Feature request

Please add MCP support for inserting and updating real Anytype Relation blocks inside an object's page body.

Currently, the MCP/REST wrapper can read and update objects, object properties, types, and markdown body content. However, there does not appear to be a tool/API operation for inserting an actual editable Relation block into the object body.

This makes it impossible for an MCP client to reproduce the common Anytype template layout where relation fields are shown at

### file-upload fails with gRPC ECONNREFUSED when Anytype desktop is running

## Description

When using `file-upload` tool to upload local files (images) to a space, the gRPC connection fails with `ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:37355` even though the Anytype desktop app appears to be running.

The REST API works fine (e.g., `API-create-object` succeeds), but the gRPC-based `file-upload` fails.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Anytype desktop app running
2. Use `file-upload` with a valid `space_id` and `local_path` to a JPEG image
3. Observe error

## Error

### CLI 'get-key' fails with 404 — uses deprecated endpoints

## Bug

The `npx @anyproto/anytype-mcp get-key` command fails with:
```
Authentication error: Request failed with status code 404
Error: Failed to start authentication
```

## Root Cause

In `src/auth/get-key.ts`, `startAuthentication()` calls `POST /v1/auth/display_code` which no longer exists:

```typescript
const response = await axios.post(`${this.basePath}/v1/auth/display_code`, null, {
  params: { app_name: this.appName },
});
```

And `completeAuthentication()` calls `POST /v1/auth/token`
