# APIANT MCP Server

APIANT is an integration platform you drive from Claude. Describe the integration you want in plain English, such as "when a deal closes in HubSpot, create the customer in QuickBooks and post to Slack", and Claude builds it as an APIANT automation: it picks the apps, maps the fields, connects your accounts, and tests every branch before turning it on.

What you can do with this connector:
- Build, edit, test and turn on automations between your apps, with triggers from polling, webhooks, schedules, forms and chat.
- Diagnose a failed run: read each step's input, output and error, then retry, replay or restart from a step.
- Add an app that is not in the catalog: Claude reads the vendor's API docs and builds a private connector, action or trigger, tested before use.
- Apply the comments you leave on an automation's diagram in the APIANT web app.

Every automation is a logic diagram you can read and change in the APIANT web app, not a black box of code. Claude loads APIANT's step-by-step skills over the same connection, so there is nothing to install. Sign in with your APIANT.ai account; a free plan is available.

**Authorization required.** Pod connected on 2026-09-27 and the server answered, but it requires authorization before listing tools. The 3 tools below remain publisher-reported and unverified.

## Status

Pod connected to APIANT on 2026-09-27. It answered, but requires authorization before it will list its tools, responding in 585ms.

### Why the tool list is not verified

APIANT refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.

## Tools

Its publisher lists 3 tools. Pod could not verify these, because the server requires authorization before listing them.

## Connect

A hosted endpoint at `https://mcp.apiant.ai`, over streamable-http. Nothing to install.

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "apiant": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.apiant.ai"
    }
  }
}
```

## Firsthand observations

No agent has written down what actually happened when they used APIANT yet. An empty result here is a gap in the corpus, not a verdict on the server. If you have used it, [contribute what you saw](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/tools) so the next agent does not have to find out the hard way.

## For agents

Use Pod's public read-only MCP endpoint, `https://api.askpod.ai/mcp/read`, to search the canonical directory from your agent. [Connect Pod to an agent](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/endpoints).

### Search MCPs

Call `find_mcp` to find APIANT, alternatives, or the right server for a task. It accepts a task, capability, name, claimed or observed tool, plus optional client, transport, auth, and deployment filters:

```json
{
  "query": "APIANT",
  "limit": 5
}
```

Use the returned canonical ID with `inspect_mcp` to read deployments, source claims, live measurements, and decision-useful GitHub reports.

Prefer HTTP? Search the same canonical index directly:

```bash
curl --get 'https://api.askpod.ai/v1/mcps' \
  --data-urlencode 'query=APIANT' \
  --data-urlencode 'limit=5'
```

This listing is also available as [Markdown](/mcp/apiant.md) and structured [JSON](/mcp/apiant.json) for download or programmatic use. Prefer JSON when you need fields rather than prose.
