### Missing v1.0.3 release with database.db.gz asset

## Description:

The package.json declares version 1.0.3, but the latest available release on GitHub is v1.0.0. This causes the download script to fall back and emit a warning:

## Current behavior:

Users running bash scripts/download-db.sh get v1.0.0
The fallback works, but it's not the intended version
Version drift between npm package and GitHub releases

## Expected behavior:

Publish a GitHub release tagged v1.0.3 with the database.db.gz asset
