B2B Wave MCP Server

The B2B Wave connector lets B2B store admins ask Claude about their orders, products, customers, price lists, and store settings without exporting spreadsheets or opening the admin panel.

B2B Wave is a B2B eCommerce platform for wholesalers, distributors, brands, and manufacturers. Each store has customer-specific catalogs and pricing, named order and product statuses, and price lists. This connector reads that data through B2B Wave's admin API.

What you can do: • Look up orders by customer, date, status, sales rep, or the products they contain (SKU, name, variant, or line status). Draft (unsubmitted) orders are included unless you exclude them. • Search the catalog by SKU, name, category, brand, status, or stock, including variants. Restrict results to what a given customer is allowed to order. • List customers by company, email, price list, or sales rep. • Resolve store-specific names: order statuses, product statuses, and price lists. • Read product and variant prices per price list, plus the store's default currency, country, minimum order value, and extra field definitions.

This connector is read-only. Claude cannot create, update, or delete orders, products, customers, or prices.

Who can connect: You need a B2B Wave owner admin account on a store where this connector is enabled. When you connect, Claude sends you to B2B Wave to sign in and approve access. Access is issued as an API key owned by the admin who signed in. That admin can later limit which areas the key can read (orders, products, customers, prices) or turn it off from B2B Wave's API keys screen.

After connecting, try questions like "Which orders this week include SKU X?", "Which customers are on the Trade price list?", or "What's our default currency and minimum order?"
