# 契約大臣 by teradox MCP Server

契約大臣は、株式会社TeraDoxが提供する電子契約サービスです。契約書の作成、署名依頼、締結、締結後の保管・検索までをクラウド上で完結できます。

■ 権限とセキュリティ

・すべての操作は、ログインしたユーザー本人が契約大臣上で持つ権限の範囲内で実行されます
・認証はOAuth 2.0で行い、契約大臣のパスワードがClaudeに渡ることはありません
・契約書の確定・署名依頼の送信は取り消しのできない操作です。実行前にClaudeが内容確認を求めます

・利用できるのは契約大臣の管理者ユーザーで、契約大臣側でMCP連携を有効にしたアカウントに限られます
