Two tools: convert_file accepts a public URL or base64 content plus a target format and returns a temporary signed download URL (valid 1 hour; files deleted within 24 hours); list_conversions enumerates every supported route, filterable by source format. Conversions run on managed engines (FFmpeg, LibreOffice, Calibre, 7-Zip, sharp, Ghostscript). No account, API key, or OAuth required; per-IP rate limiting applies.
