**Summary**
I'd like to propose adding two new tools to the CML MCP server for lab export and cloning functionality. 

**Proposed Tools**

**1. export_lab_topology**

Export a lab by UUID to an importable Topology format (JSON).

**2. clone_cml_lab**

Clone a lab by UUID, creating an exact copy with a new UUID. Optionally specify a new title (defaults to "Copy of <original title>").
