### Darshan MCP Test Failures - asyncio not found and inaccurate sequential access count

The root cause of the asyncio problem seems to be inconsistent importing/installation of asyncio, and the latter appears to be because the Darshan MCP considers "sequential access" to be strictly above an 80% threshold, while two of the test files are at exactly 80% and 75%.

### Claude processing fails when called with no tools

Issue observed when using the Arxiv MCP with Claude 3.5 Sonnet:

### Review ENTIRE MCP for Automatic Script

Plan to go over each MCP tools/actions and fix **Args, Return and Desctiption** sections for the script to correctly and nicely pick up.
After that it will ensure that the README will have correct information about each tool of the each MCP

### Automated Script to update the README of MCPs upon merge.

Script will run in each merge to /dev and /main to check for the modification/deletion or creation of the new tools of any MCPs.
It will populate the README of that MCPs and pick up the Args, Return and Description from the codebase.

### Jarvis MCP: Pipeline indexes

Jarvis packages are now expected to come with pipeline indexes, which store example configurations of packages. Iowarp, for example, has unit tests and stuff defined as pipeline indexes. 

We should be able to have something like the following query
```
Create an iowarp pipeline. Configure to use x threads in the chimaera_runtime.
```

For the context, use:
```
jarvis ppl index show --filter=iowarp
```

We then select the first index matching the option and run:
