Once connected, you can query a deal's terms, benchmark covenant packages against market comps, track changes across amendments, and compare a borrower with its peers; the assistant retrieves the values and composes the answer. Coverage spans thousands of agreements across sectors, structures, and lenders. Built for leveraged-finance, private-credit, CLO, DCM, and legal teams.
