Search live rental and sale listings from 13+ Saudi property sites, deduplicated, by budget, rooms, size or area: apartments, villas, land, offices and shops in Riyadh, Jeddah, the Eastern Province, Makkah, Madinah and more. Ask things like "3-bedroom apartments under 60,000 a year in Al Narjis" or "is this villa overpriced?" See how a listing's price compares with similar homes, what rents typically are in an area, how neighborhoods and cities compare, and where rental yields are highest, plus off-plan and ready development projects. Every result links to the listing on Darak.

### Why the tool list is not verified

Darak · دارك refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
