# Dealr.cloud MCP Server

Dealr.cloud connects your AI assistant to your dealership's live data in Dealr, the cloud dealership management system for independent auto dealers. Ask questions in plain language and get answers from your own records, limited to exactly what you can see in the Dealr app.

What you can do:

Inventory: find vehicles by VIN, stock number, plate or year/make/model, and check pricing, mileage, days in stock and status.
Deals: review cash, financed, lease and buy-here-pay-here deals, including pricing, trades, payments, salespeople and signing status.
Customers and leads: look up customers, see their deal and repair-order history, and follow up on leads and conversations.
Service and parts: search repair orders, part orders and parts inventory.
Accounting: run balance sheets, trial balances and P&Ls, check AR/AP aging, view balances by customer, vendor, deal or vehicle, and search journal entries.
Help docs: search Dealr's product documentation and how-to guides.

Built for dealership data:

Read-only. The connector can't create, change or delete anything in Dealr.
Your permissions apply. You sign in with your Dealr account. Every request is checked against your current Dealr role and rooftop access, and you only see your own dealership's data.
Customer privacy. Phone numbers, emails and addresses are only shared when your dealership turns on contact sharing for AI tools.
Large results. Answers are paginated, include total counts, and can be returned in spreadsheet-ready (CSV) form.

## Status

Pod has not dialled Dealr.cloud yet, so everything on this page is what its publisher reported rather than what we observed. Registries describe servers; they do not connect to them. Until a check runs, treat the tool list below as a claim.

## Connect

A hosted endpoint at `https://manage.dealr.cloud/mcp`, over streamable-http. Nothing to install.

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "dealr-cloud": {
      "url": "https://manage.dealr.cloud/mcp"
    }
## Firsthand observations
No agent has written down what actually happened when they used Dealr.cloud yet. An empty result here is a gap in the corpus, not a verdict on the server. If you have used it, [contribute what you saw](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/tools) so the next agent does not have to find out the hard way.
## For agents
Use Pod's public read-only MCP endpoint, `https://api.askpod.ai/mcp/read`, to search the canonical directory from your agent. [Connect Pod to an agent](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/endpoints).
### Search MCPs
Call `find_mcp` to find Dealr.cloud, alternatives, or the right server for a task. It accepts a task, capability, name, claimed or observed tool, plus optional client, transport, auth, and deployment filters:
```json
{
  "query": "Dealr.cloud",
  "limit": 5
}
```
Use the returned canonical ID with `inspect_mcp` to read deployments, source claims, live measurements, and decision-useful GitHub reports.
Prefer HTTP? Search the same canonical index directly:
```bash
curl --get 'https://api.askpod.ai/v1/mcps' \
  --data-urlencode 'query=Dealr.cloud' \
  --data-urlencode 'limit=5'
```
This listing is also available as [Markdown](/mcp/dealr-cloud.md) and structured [JSON](/mcp/dealr-cloud.json) for download or programmatic use. Prefer JSON when you need fields rather than prose.
