Since the OAuth token cache is in-memory only (`InMemoryTokenCache`), every new session triggers a browser authorization flow. This makes the server unusable for any MCP client that doesn't keep the process alive indefinitely. ## Steps to Reproduce 1. Without `DT_ENVIRONMENT`, `mcp-server-dynatrace --help` and `mcp-server-dynatrace --version` both fail with the same server startup error as a normal launch.
