  `extract_circuit_on_current_page` can temporarily freeze EasyEDA Pro and disconnect the MCP bridge when modifying an
  already populated schematic.

### Backend circuit.tech.ru.net unreachable — all 5 cloud-backed MCP tools fail with `fetch failed` (MCP effectively read-only)

## Summary

Since roughly 2026-07-25, every MCP tool that proxies through the backend at `https://circuit.tech.ru.net` fails with a bare `fetch failed`. The host resolves and answers at the IP level, but **nothing is listening on 443**, so this looks like a backend-side outage rather than a client bug.

I did a fairly thorough elimination pass locally before filing — details below in case they save you time, or in case I've missed something on my end.

### feat(projects): add `create_project` and `open_project` MCP tools

## Summary

Add two MCP tools for basic EasyEDA project management:

- `create_project` creates a new personal project and returns its UUID;
- `open_project` opens a project by UUID.

Keep the public input schemas intentionally small. The agent does not have a reliable API for discovering teams, folders, or workspaces, so `create_project` must expose only the two project name arguments supported by EasyEDA.

### feat(auto-route): add ignore_pour_layers option for automatic GND pours

## Summary

Add an `ignore_pour_layers` input option to the `auto_route` MCP tool. The option must exclude selected copper layers from the automatic full-board GND pours created after autoroute import.

This option affects only the generated GND pours. It must not change the layers available to the autorouter and must not disable GND stitching vias.

## Motivation

`auto_route` currently creates or rebuilds a full-board GND pour on every copper layer when `pour_gnd` is enabled. Some boards need

## Goal

Add a Russian translation of the main README.

## Scope

Create `README.ru.md` and update the language selector:

English | 简体中文 | Русский

Translate:

- overview and features;
- installation;
- MCP setup;
- PCB workflow;
- compatibility and documentation links.

## Translation rules

- Do not translate commands, file names and MCP tool names.
- Preserve the current Markdown structure.
