# EDINET DB — Japanese Listed Company Data MCP Server

EDINET DBは、金融庁EDINETに提出された有価証券報告書及び各社の開示IR情報を一次ソースとする、日本の上場企業約3,800社の構造化財務・情報データベースです。数値はXBRLから直接抽出し、LLMによる数値生成は行いません。売上高・営業利益・純利益・キャッシュフロー・ROE・自己資本比率など90超の財務項目を6期分、株式分割調整済みで提供し、全ての値は提出書類まで遡って検証できます。

MCPツールで、企業検索、100超の指標での多条件スクリーニング、業種ベンチマーク、複数社比較、決算短信と決算カレンダー、大量保有報告書と政策保有株式、アクティビスト動向、役員報酬の区分別内訳、セグメント別業績、販管費内訳、主要販売先、関係会社（法人番号・GLEIF照合付き）、沿革、不動産開示、有報全文と構造化テキストをカバーします。大量保有報告書に由来する株主情報は、法人と確認できる保有者が対象で、個人が提出した報告書は含みません。役員一覧・役員報酬の記述・関連当事者取引の3ツールは、2026年9月17日からデータの代わりに提供停止のご案内を返します。

さらに、各社が個別に開示するIR資料 — 決算説明資料、統合報告書、中期経営計画、サステナビリティレポート、適時開示 — を継続的に収集し、セクション単位で構造化しています。中期経営計画のKPIターゲットの横断検索、決算説明会Q&Aの検索、戦略テーマタグでの企業横断検索、戦略・KPIコミットメントのナレッジグラフ、原本PDFの取得までをツールで提供します。企業イベントフィードと組み合わせれば、開示の発生から中身の分析までを一つの接続で追えます。

ウォッチリスト、ダッシュボード、保存分析、通知購読を書き込みツールで保存できます。これらは認証ユーザー自身のデータにだけ作用します。データ品質の報告と不足データのリクエストは、運営（Cabocia）に届きます。外部システムや金融取引には一切触れません。

EDINET DBはCabocia株式会社が運営する独立系サービスで、金融庁・EDINETとは無関係です。データは情報提供のみを目的とし、投資助言ではありません。日本語（edinetdb.jp）と英語（edinetdb.com）で利用でき、2026年3月の正式提供開始以来、毎日更新しています。

EDINET DB provides XBRL-sourced structured financial data for approximately 3,800 Japanese listed companies via MCP — company search, screening across 100+ metrics, ownership records, earnings, full-text filings, plus structured company IR materials (earnings decks, integrated reports, mid-term plans, timely disclosures) with KPI and Q&A search. Independent third-party service by Cabocia Inc.; informational only, not investment advice. Large-shareholding data covers corporate holders only; reports filed by individuals are excluded.

### Why the tool list is not verified

EDINET DB — Japanese Listed Company Data refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
