# EZFlow Pro MCP Server

EZFlow Pro is the all-in-one business app for contractors and home-service companies: customers, scheduling, estimates, invoices, accounting, crew dispatch, referrals, marketing and websites in one workspace. This connector brings your EZFlow Pro workspace into Claude.

Ask about your business in plain language:
- Find customers, estimates, invoices and projects
- See what's overdue, what's outstanding and what you collected this month
- Count estimates sent, won or still open, and check your win rate
- Review the schedule, crew assignments, job costs and referral results

Claude can also do approved work for you, and always shows you the change and asks first:
- Add or update a customer, with duplicate checks so it never guesses between similar records
- Draft estimates and invoices with line items
- Create and update projects, calendar events and crew profiles
- Record job expenses, and draft email campaigns, social posts and website projects

Built-in guardrails:
- Estimates and invoices created in chat are always drafts. Nothing reaches your customer until you review and send it in EZFlow Pro.
- There are no tools to send, delete, collect payments or mark invoices paid.
- When you connect, you choose which areas Claude can access, and you can disconnect at any time.
- Every request is limited to your own signed-in workspace.
