### Description

`min_assets: 0` should exclude nothing, since every recorded asset figure is at least 0. But the range clause it builds (`ASSET:[0 TO *]` or `QBFASSET:[0 TO *]`) also drops every record that has no asset figure, and no notice says so. A form client that submits `0` for an untouched number field loses those…

### feat(tools): an institution's structure-change history — mergers, acquisitions, renames — from /history

### Use case

A bank's merger and acquisition record isn't reachable from this server. `fdic_get_institution_financials` gives a merged-away bank's `successor_cert`, one hop forward. Nothing lists the institutions a bank absorbed, or its renames, charter conversions and relocations with their dates. ## Firsthand observations

No agent has written down what actually happened when they used fdic-banks-mcp-server yet. An empty result here is a gap in the corpus, not a verdict on the server. If you have used it, [contribute what you saw](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/tools) so the next agent does not have to find out the hard way.

## For agents

Use Pod's public read-only MCP endpoint, `https://api.askpod.ai/mcp/read`, to search the canonical directory from your agent. [Connect Pod to an agent](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/endpoints).

### Search MCPs

Call `find_mcp` to find fdic-banks-mcp-server, alternatives, or the right server for a task. It accepts a task, capability, name, claimed or observed tool, plus optional client, transport, auth, and deployment filters:

```json
{
  "query": "fdic-banks-mcp-server",
  "limit": 5
}
```

Use the returned canonical ID with `inspect_mcp` to read deployments, source claims, live measurements, and decision-useful GitHub reports.

Prefer HTTP? Search the same canonical index directly:

```bash
curl --get 'https://api.askpod.ai/v1/mcps' \
  --data-urlencode 'query=fdic-banks-mcp-server' \
  --data-urlencode 'limit=5'
```

This listing is also available as [Markdown](/mcp/fdic-banks-mcp-server.md) and structured [JSON](/mcp/fdic-banks-mcp-server.json) for download or programmatic use. Prefer JSON when you need fields rather than prose.
