Formasty MCP Server

Formasty lets Claude create and operate complete online forms through a secure OAuth connection. Build structured multi-step draft forms, apply branded design, configure conditional logic, workflow actions, matching and score quizzes, import supported public Google Forms and Typeform forms, and validate forms before publishing. After launch, review authorized submissions and analytics, export responses, manage webhook and tracking integrations, and diagnose publish-readiness issues. Every action remains constrained by the connected user's Formasty workspace role, granted OAuth scopes, plan gates, validation rules, and Claude's tool approvals. Formasty does not support payment fields and never bypasses permissions or publishing safeguards.
