# Hgraph MCP Server

Hgraph connects Claude directly to live blockchain data across networks including Ethereum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche, BNB Chain, Hedera, and a growing list of others, through a single connector. 

Ask questions in plain English and get real-time, network-specific answers such as account balances, portfolio breakdowns, token supplies and holders, transaction history, NFT activity, DeFi metrics, and network analytics.
