# iCustoms MCP Server

Ask about your own UK customs declarations in plain English, without leaving
 Claude.

 Check the status of any declaration, pull its full detail, and understand
 exactly why HMRC rejected one — the validation codes and the section of the
 declaration each points at. Also suggests tariff commodity codes from a
 plain-language goods description, and converts currency at the rate iCustoms
 applies to declarations.

 **Read-only by design.** Claude can see your declarations. It cannot create,
 change, submit or cancel anything.

 You connect your own iCustoms account with your API credentials, which are
 encrypted and never shared with Claude. You see only your own data, and can
 disconnect at any time.

 Requires an iCustoms account with CDS enabled.

## Status

### Why the tool list is not verified

iCustoms refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
