# Iminify MCP Server
Iminify compresses, converts and resizes images, and scans web pages for every image they load. Connect it and ask Claude in plain words, like "make these product photos WebP under 1600 pixels wide" or "optimize every image on my pricing page". Claude sends the images to Iminify, waits for the results and hands back download links.
What it does:
- Compresses JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC and TIFF, and converts to JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF, with an Auto option that keeps whichever format comes out smallest.
- Resizes by width, height or percentage, and strips or keeps the camera metadata.
- Scans a live page in a real browser, finds every image it loads and compresses them all, with one zip for the lot.
- Works with images from the web anywhere, and with files on your computer in Claude Code and Cowork through one-time upload links.
It works on your own Iminify account and plan, the same allowance as the website and the API. The free plan works; Pro removes the daily cap. Results come back as download links that expire after an hour, and you can disconnect Claude at any time from Settings > Connected apps.

## Status

### Why the tool list is not verified
Iminify refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
