### feature: Collect anonymous usage telemetry across server modes

## Need

We currently have no visibility into how the MCP server is actually used once
it's in someone's hands. We can't answer basic questions that should shape the
roadmap: which tools get called (and which never do), how heavily the server is
used, and — importantly — which mode operators run it in.

Anonymous usage telemetry would let us understand real-world adoption and
prioritise work against how people actually use the server, rather than guesses.

### bug: --transport stdio crashes with TypeError on host/port kwargs

### Summary
`infrahub-mcp --transport stdio` crashes on startup with a `TypeError` from fastmcp, because `_cli.py` forwards `--host`/`--port` to `mcp.run()` regardless of the chosen transport. Stdio is the transport Claude Code (and most MCP clients) use, so this breaks a stock `claude mcp add` install — the only viable workaround is to bypass the CLI entrypoint entirely.

### bug: search_nodes fails with `name__value` filter on abstract kinds (e.g. CoreNode)

## Summary

`infrahub_search_nodes` sends a `name__value` filter that Infrahub rejects when the requested `kind` is an abstract/generic kind such as `CoreNode`. The server response suggests `any__value` / `any__values` instead, indicating the abstract kind doesn't expose a `name` attribute filter at the GraphQL layer.
