# InvestNext MCP Server
Ask about your capital activity and investors in plain language and get answers drawn from your own records. InvestNext is the capital raising and investor management platform for over 1,600 real estate sponsors, syndicators, and private funds, supporting 90,000+ investors. This connector gives Claude direct access to the InvestNext data your firm already maintains across your investor portal, cap table, CRM, and more.
Receive a full briefing on an investor before a call, covering their investment history, commitments, distributions, and recent activity. Ask how an offering or fund is tracking, how much capital is left to call, or which investors have uncommitted capacity across your active raises. Then ask Claude to turn any of it into a report, summary, or talking points you can use immediately.
Responses are drawn from your InvestNext account and follow your existing InvestNext permissions, so each user sees only the records they are authorized to see in the platform. This connector does not create, edit, or delete records, send communications to investors, or take action in InvestNext on your behalf.

## Status

### Why the tool list is not verified
InvestNext refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
