I think it would make sense to return only a segment. I have used Claude Code to prototype an implementation that is working well for me. However it scrapped your custom HTML parser for html2text library and then uses BeautifulSoup to isolate the section Claude calls for. In each case Claude gets the docset list, searches it and gets the URLs. But when it attempts to read the URLs it just hangs. However if I cut-n-paste the URL into a browser I get the API doco immediately. The server outputs debug messages like `"Processing request of type ListToolsRequest"` to stdout, which breaks JSON-RPC parsing with: `Invalid JSON: EOF while parsing a value at line 2 column 0`. The issue is that debug messages are printed to stdout instead of stderr. Since JSON-RPC 2.0 requires stdout to only contain valid JSON-RPC messages, any non-JSON output breaks the protocol. Please ensure Dash is running and the API server is enabled (in Dash Settings > Integration).`. This is wrong, the API server is working just fine. And the consequence is that (in my case) Claude is getting confused and does not try alternative queries.
