### Subfolder navigation being reliant on JWT severely hinders practical usability

At the moment the only way to enumerate subfolders is with a temporary JWT token. Under a headless deployment (docker on linux) this is unwieldly to update. (Stop, update variable, refresh. While possible to automate this is fragile and should not be necessary.)

a) Enumerate subfolders _without_ a JWT? 
b) Make the JWT be valid for a longer period of time? (At least 120hr)

### [Bug] 401 Error on connection in v1.14.1

### What happened?

I installed the newest version, v1.14.1 (thanks for the update), but could not connect - got a 401 every time.  Working with Claude, I found this:

The root cause is in the extension manifest. Its env block maps ITGLUE_JWT to ${user_config.itglue_jwt}, but there's no itglue_jwt field declared in the manifest's user_config. The unresolved reference gets injected as the literal string ${user_config.itglue_jwt}, which the server reads as a JWT — and sinc

### Subfolder enumeration requires JWT credential. No environment variable available to pass.

### Remote (HTTP Streamable — for server deployments)?

Unlike the autotask integration https://github.com/wyre-technology/autotask-mcp/blob/main/README.md there is no documentation on usage for server deployments
