# Jobs and Careers MCP Server

Jobs and Careers helps people discover relevant job opportunities across employers and move from job discovery to application. For supported roles, candidates can complete the application directly within Claude without leaving the conversation. For other roles, the connector provides a link to continue on the employer’s careers or application site.

Users can search in natural language, using prompts like “show me remote nursing jobs in Missouri paying over $60k” or “find software engineering roles where my C++ experience would be useful.” Claude can return matching roles with key job details such as title, company, location, salary, requirements, benefits, and available application options.

The connector makes job search conversational rather than keyword-based. Users can refine results, compare opportunities, ask follow-up questions, and use the application path available for each role—either applying within Claude or following the employer’s application link.
