# Keni MCP Server

Keni is an open-source, self-hostable personal finance tracker built for people who want detailed transaction logs without the effort. The Keni MCP server lets any MCP-capable AI agent read and manage your finances directly, using OAuth so you never paste tokens.

• Transactions: create single, batch, or parent-child grouped transactions; list, get, update, and delete them; link and unlink related transactions across wallets.
• Multiple wallets: separate personal, business, travel, or shared money, each with its own currency and history.

• Recurring transactions: define rules for bills and income that post automatically.
• Budgets: set limits by period, category, or wallet and check how much is used.
• Analytics: spending summaries, category breakdowns, and monthly trends for any date range.
• Currency conversion: convert amounts between currencies with live exchange rates.
