# LEKY — Casos y derecho peruano MCP Server

LEKY es la plataforma de gestión y análisis de casos para abogados peruanos. Este conector lleva a Claude lo que solo LEKY tiene:

• Tus expedientes judiciales —ya leídos y resumidos desde el CEJ del Poder Judicial— y tus casos nuevos, con su ficha y su diagnóstico. • Un corpus curado de normativa peruana y jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional y del Poder Judicial, con su fuente. • Para un análisis de fondo, LEKY busca por cada vía lo que la sostiene y lo que la contradice. • La verificación de cada cita a una norma o sentencia contra el corpus, antes de afirmarla. • El escrito en Word con el formato de un escrito peruano.

Los nombres de las personas naturales y de las empresas privadas que son parte del caso se reemplazan por su rol antes de salir de LEKY, y vuelven solo dentro del Word que arma LEKY. LEKY no inicia nada por su cuenta: cada consulta responde a un pedido del abogado. Siete herramientas son de solo lectura; tres escriben: el Word, las notas en la ficha y la creación de un caso nuevo.

LEKY fue creado por un abogado peruano para dar seguridad a la gestión legal en el Perú y Latinoamérica. Está diseñado en observancia del marco normativo vigente —la Ley 29733 de Protección de Datos Personales y la Ley 31814, que promueve el uso de la inteligencia artificial, con su reglamento (D.S. 115-2025-PCM)— y de los principios internacionales de uso responsable de la IA: los datos de las partes se protegen antes de salir de LEKY, cada cita se verifica y la decisión queda siempre en manos del abogado.
