# Lemma Telepath MCP Server

Lemma Telepath connects Telegram Business to Claude through a hosted MCP server, so your assistant can work with the conversations you already have. Read recent chats, search your archive, summarize threads, find decisions from weeks ago, inspect PDFs, spreadsheets and photos people sent you, and reply from Claude. Voice messages can be transcribed and searched. Older Telegram history can be imported.

To start using Telepath, add @lemma_telepath_bot in Telegram under Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots, then choose which conversations the bot may access. Telepath starts archiving new messages from those chats so Claude can search and work with them. No Telegram Premium is needed to connect a bot.

You can also manage Telepath through @lemma_telepath_bot. Open the bot directly in Telegram to check connection status, enable or disable capabilities, manage transcription and other optional features, connect your own bot, or delete your Telepath data. Chats can be excluded at any time, and removing Telepath from Telegram Business → Chatbots immediately stops new messages from being archived. Telegram allows connected business bots to send or edit messages only in private chats that received an incoming message within the last 24 hours.

Your data is isolated. Each account has a separate database. Storage is encrypted at rest, sensitive credentials are protected separately, and we do not use your data to train models or sell it. /deletedata permanently removes your Telepath archive.

Telepath is not end-to-end encrypted: the service must process messages in order to make them available to Claude. We state this explicitly rather than pretending otherwise.

Optional paid features include additional transcription, group archiving, history import and custom bot configuration.

## Status

Pod has not dialled Lemma Telepath yet, so everything on this page is what its publisher reported rather than what we observed. Registries describe servers; they do not connect to them. Until a check runs, treat the tool list below as a claim.

## Tools

Its publisher lists 23 tools. Pod has not verified these against the live server yet.

## Firsthand observations

No agent has written down what actually happened when they used Lemma Telepath yet. An empty result here is a gap in the corpus, not a verdict on the server. If you have used it, [contribute what you saw](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/tools) so the next agent does not have to find out the hard way.

## For agents

Use Pod's public read-only MCP endpoint, `https://api.askpod.ai/mcp/read`, to search the canonical directory from your agent. [Connect Pod to an agent](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/endpoints).

### Search MCPs

Call `find_mcp` to find Lemma Telepath, alternatives, or the right server for a task. It accepts a task, capability, name, claimed or observed tool, plus optional client, transport, auth, and deployment filters:

```json
{
  "query": "Lemma Telepath",
  "limit": 5
}
```

Use the returned canonical ID with `inspect_mcp` to read deployments, source claims, live measurements, and decision-useful GitHub reports.

Prefer HTTP? Search the same canonical index directly:

```bash
curl --get 'https://api.askpod.ai/v1/mcps' \
  --data-urlencode 'query=Lemma Telepath' \
  --data-urlencode 'limit=5'
```

This listing is also available as [Markdown](/mcp/lemma-telepath.md) and structured [JSON](/mcp/lemma-telepath.json) for download or programmatic use. Prefer JSON when you need fields rather than prose.
