# Lexistmo MCP Server

Lexistmo conecta a Claude con una base de derecho panameño preparada para fundamentar: legislación con su vigencia calculada, fallos de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y de los Tribunales Superiores, y la jurisprudencia de contrataciones públicas del Tribunal Administrativo de Contrataciones Públicas (TACP) y de la Dirección General de Contrataciones Públicas (DGCP).

Qué puede hacer Claude con Lexistmo:
•	Buscar en texto completo en todas las fuentes o en una sola, por tema, número de norma o término.
•	Leer el documento completo, con su ficha: sala, magistrado ponente, decisión y materias en los fallos; número, fecha y Gaceta Oficial en las leyes.
•	Resolver una cita como "Ley 22 de 2006, artículo 41" a la norma que rige hoy, incluido el texto único cuando existe.
•	Saber si una norma está vigente, modificada, derogada o subrogada, y por cuál. Las búsquedas dejan fuera lo derogado salvo que se pida.

La base se cosecha de fuentes públicas oficiales (Legispan de la Asamblea Nacional, el  Órgano Judicial, el TACP y la DGCP) y se actualiza varias veces por semana. Incluye  más de 12.000 fallos de la Corte Suprema, más de 16.000 normas y cerca de 3.000  resoluciones y pronunciamientos de contrataciones públicas. Cada resultado trae el  enlace a su documento original.

Todas las herramientas son de solo lectura. Lexistmo no guarda el texto de las  consultas: solo cuenta cuántas hace cada cuenta.

Para quién: abogados independientes, bufetes y departamentos legales de Panamá, y proveedores del Estado que preparan propuestas, reclamos o impugnaciones.

Funciona con cualquier cuenta de Lexistmo, también la gratuita (20 consultas por día); se conecta iniciando sesión, sin claves. Lexistmo es una herramienta de consulta y no constituye asesoría legal: la fuente oficial es la Gaceta Oficial de la República de Panamá.
