# Licitante Prime MCP Server

O Licitante Prime conecta o Claude à base de licitações públicas do Licitante Prime, com editais coletados do PNCP, Portal de Compras Públicas, Licitanet e outras fontes oficiais.

Com o conector você pode:
• Pesquisar licitações abertas por produto ou serviço, estado, cidade, modalidade, órgão comprador, prazo de propostas e valor estimado.
• Ver os detalhes completos de uma licitação: objeto, órgão e CNPJ, número do edital, modalidade, prazo, valor estimado e links oficiais.
• Consultar os itens de cada licitação, com quantidade, unidade e valores estimados.
• Conferir a sua conta conectada, o plano e as permissões.

Exemplos: "Procure licitações de medicamentos abertas no Paraná", "Mostre a terceira", "Quais são os itens dessa licitação?".

O acesso é feito com a sua conta do Licitante Prime (login OAuth no site; a senha nunca é compartilhada com o Claude) e exige assinatura ativa. O conector é somente leitura: não altera sua conta, sua assinatura, seu CRM nem envia propostas.

### Why the tool list is not verified

Licitante Prime refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
