# LiftTrack MCP Server

Connect Claude to your LiftTrack strength training data. Review completed workouts, explore exercise performance and training maxes, check upcoming sessions, and browse saved workouts and programs. Use your Coach Profile, equipment, goals, and training history to inform workout planning.

Search the exercise catalog and create or update workout templates with sets, loads, rest timers, supersets, and percentage-based training. With your approval, Claude can also delete workout templates and update training maxes. Workouts are saved in LiftTrack, where you can use them in the app and sync them to a compatible Garmin watch.

Requires a LiftTrack account.

## Status

### Why the tool list is not verified

LiftTrack refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
