lizo.ai provides real-time market intelligence for multifamily (MFH) real estate investors and operators. Access 100+ KPIs at the ZIP code, MSA, and individual asset level, including rent trends, benchmarking, comps, and location analysis. Search and compare ZIP codes and MSAs by criteria, look up apartment properties by address, benchmark a property against its market, and get full market reports combining demographic and rent data with nearby apartment supply.

### Why the tool list is not verified

lizo.ai refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
