Mailopoly Inbox MCP Server

Mailopoly is your unified inbox — one place for everything that reaches you. Today it brings all your email accounts together — Gmail, Outlook, Apple, Yahoo and any IMAP mailbox, including multiple accounts of each — into a single view, filters the noise into a clean personal feed (the Cleanbox), and extracts what matters: tasks, replies owed, invoices with amounts and due dates, deliveries, and events. This connector gives your assistant that same understanding — designed to be the one place you check, whatever the message and wherever it comes from.

One connection covers all of it. Ask for "emails about the lease" and Mailopoly searches every account at once (with deep search for harder, semantic queries); ask "catch me up" for a briefing on what you missed; ask "what's on my day" for one list aggregated across every inbox; ask "what bills are due" and the amounts and due dates are already extracted. My Data widgets surface bills, deliveries, replies owed and more at a glance. With write access your assistant manages tasks, reminders, custom email lists and drafts; with send access it sends through your own connected address — never a relay.

Permissions are yours: read, write and send are separate grants chosen on a Mailopoly consent screen, enforced server-side on every request, revocable in one click from Settings → Security. Every tool call is audit-logged to your account. Mailopoly is SOC 2 Type II certified and a Google-verified OAuth application. Requires a Mailopoly account — free trial available, no card needed.
