### Bug: Class names with namespaces are not queryable with GetClass tool

Using namespaces like `/CUSTOM/CL_EXAMPLE` makes it impossible to retrieve the content.

We may need to use a function like `encodeURIComponent` in `handleGetClass.ts` before calling

Query Z-classes like Z_CL_EXAMPLE works just fine.

There may be other tools affected by this bug. The Search Object tool works, but only because it works with url parameters instead.

Add GetBehaviorDefinition and GetServiceDefinition (RAP) tools

Goal

Add two read-only tools for RAP artifacts, following the same pattern as the other Get* source handlers (route through makeAdtRequest, encode + upper-case the object name, return the source):

  • GetBehaviorDefinition — read RAP Behavior Definition (BDEF) source
  • GetServiceDefinition — read RAP Service Definition (SRVD) source

These were proposed in #10 but deliberately left out of that PR's follow-up implementation because they could not be verified — see below.

GetTable returns 404 on NetWeaver 7.50 - fall back to /sap/bc/adt/ddic/structures

Problem

GetTable returns 404 on NetWeaver 7.50 systems (verified on SAP_BASIS 750 SP4):

GET /sap/bc/adt/ddic/tables/DD02L/source/main
→ 404 ExceptionResourceNotFound: Resource /sap/bc/adt/ddic/tables/DD02L/source/main does not exist.

The /sap/bc/adt/ddic/tables collection is not registered in the ADT discovery document on 7.50 — the endpoint was introduced in a later release. This also causes the handleGetTable integration test (DD02L) to fail against 7.50 systems.
