## Security Advisory: Arbitrary SQL Execution

**Summary:** mcp-encrypted-sqlite accepts a user-controlled `db_path` parameter, allowing arbitrary SQLite database files to be opened and queried.

### Vulnerability Details

**CWE-89: SQL Injection** — The `db_path` parameter controls which SQLite database file is opened. An attacker can:
1. Point to any SQLite database on the filesystem
2. Read sensitive data from any SQLite file
3. Create or modify arbitrary SQLite databases
