### Optional cheap Base exact-x402 smoke target for gatefare.call_api

I work on zFinia (https://zfinia.com). This is not a request to add zFinia to the Gatefare catalog, endorse the product, or buy anything.

`@gatefare/mcp` documents a real buyer loop: `gatefare.call_api` handles HTTP 402 → local EIP-3009 sign → retry, with `WALLET_PRIVATE_KEY` staying on the machine and default network `eip155:8453`. The MCP Registry listing names the same Base USDC buyer tools.
