### 9 tools crash with unhandled exceptions on default/minimal input

When calling tools with the default values derived from the `tools/list` schema (e.g., `data: []` or `data: {}`), 9 of 27 tools throw unhandled JavaScript exceptions that propagate as MCP error -32603 with raw stack traces.

## Reproduction

Each tool was called via stdio transport with the arguments that `tools/list` schema suggests as defaults.

### Issue with Axis Assignment in MCP Bar Chart

Hello,

I have been using mcp-server-chart very well—thank you.

However, when specifying axes in a bar chart with the following input, there is an issue where the axis labels are swapped (X and Y are reversed in the output):

"Please create a chart using MCP with the Y-axis as Category name and the X-axis as Rating, based on sales data by product category."

### Security Advisory: Prompt Injection Risk via External Data Sources in Chart Generation

## Summary

mcp-server-chart generates charts from data provided to AI assistants. When chart data originates from external sources (APIs, databases, CSV files), **attacker-controlled values in data fields, labels, or titles** can contain prompt injection payloads that hijack the AI's behavior.

### 柱状图数据数字颜色无法调节

在使用深颜色作为柱体颜色时，数据数字颜色会自动使用白色，这时在白色背景下数字不可见。但是调成黑色背景时，浅色柱的黑色数值数字又不可见，而且MCP中没有提供修改数值数字颜色的字段，导致同时使用深色和浅色柱时总有数值数字不可见。

目前解决办法只有把背景调成灰色，两种数值数字才能同时看到：

### Charts don't display inline in Claude Desktop — returns type:text instead of type:image

## Problem

Charts generated by this MCP server don't display inline in Claude Desktop. Instead, the URL is shown as plain text.

## Cause

In `src/utils/callTool.ts`, the tool response returns the image URL as `type: "text"`:

Claude Desktop only renders inline images when the response uses `type: "image"` with base64 data.

## Suggested Fix

After generating the chart URL, fetch the image and return it as base64:
