Reported issues for MCP Superset

Pod holds 6 of 6 problems reported by people outside the maintainer team. Issues filed by the project's own owners, members and collaborators are excluded entirely — a maintainer's release checklist is not a warning to a prospective user.

### Bug: filter_add/filter_list/filter_update/filter_delete crash with TypeError when dashboard json_metadata is null

TypeError: the JSON object must be str, bytes or bytearray, not NoneType

## Root Cause

All affected functions use:
```python
metadata = json.loads(result.get("json_metadata", "{}"))
dict.get(key, default) only returns the default when the key is missing. If the key exists but its value is None (which Superset returns for dashboards created without m
--version flag reports 0.2.4 instead of actual 0.2.6
Bug
--version CLI flag reports hard-coded 0.2.4 even though the installed package is 0.2.6.
Reproduction
$ uvx --from "mcp-superset==0.2.6" python -c "import mcp_superset; print(mcp_superset.version)" 0.2.6 $ uvx --from "mcp-superset==0.2.6" mcp-superset --version mcp-superset 0.2.4
Cause
src/mcp_superset/__main__.py:62 hard-codes the version string in the argparse version= argument:
parser.add_argument(
    "--version",
    action="version",
    version="%(pro
