### MCP Heartbeat functionality is missing

### Problem
- MCP heartbeat functionality is missing in this MCP and causing some connection errors when I connected from my librechat client. 
- I see it's implemented on `mcp-victoriametrics` and same needed on `mcp-victorialogs `

### Invalid schema for function 'mcp_victorialogs_field_values'

Trying to run the MCP in Cursor, but getting the following error:

### Add support for configurable path prefix to enable ingress deployment

# Problem

 Currently, the MCP Victoria Logs server serves endpoints at fixed paths (e.g., /mcp). This creates challenges when deploying behind ingress controllers that use path-based routing, where different services need to be accessible under different path prefixes.

# Use Case

In Kubernetes deployments with ingress controllers, it's common to have multiple MCP services accessible under a single domain with different path prefixes:

### `hits`/`stats_query`/`stats_query_range`: advertised optional/default arguments fail when omitted

The `tools/list` schemas for `hits`, `stats_query`, and `stats_query_range` advertise `step` as optional with
a default of `"1d"`, and `stats_query`'s `time` as optional (documented as defaulting to the current time when
missing). In practice, omitting any of these three arguments makes the call fail at runtime, because the
handler code doesn't actually apply the defaults/optionality that the schema advertises.

Repro is on v1.9.0, `ghcr.io/victoriametrics/mcp-victorialogs:v1.9.0`.

### nil pointer in document handler

Following segment causes nil pointer exception:
