### fix(release): 번들 워크스페이스 패키지 때문에 npm audit signatures 가 소비자 쪽에서 실패한다

발행된 `memento-mcp-server` 를 설치한 뒤 `npm audit signatures` 를 돌리면 실패한다. 번들 워크스페이스 패키지를 레지스트리에서 찾으려다 404 가 난다.

### fix(mcp): remember·recall 이 type 을 필수로 거절하는데 inputSchema 는 선택이라고 광고 — 스키마대로 호출한 클라이언트 전부 실패

## 증상

`remember` / `recall` 을 `type` 없이 호출하면 MCP 가 `-32602 Invalid params` 로 거절한다.

그런데 **서버가 `tools/list` 로 광고하는 inputSchema 는 `type` 을 선택 파라미터로 명시**한다. 스키마를 그대로 신뢰한 MCP 클라이언트는 전부 깨진다.

### fix(mcp): remember type 누락이 -32603 Internal error로 포장됨

## 요약

`remember` 호출 시 `type`이 없으면(기본 `MEMENTO_TYPE_PARAM_MODE=error`) 서버가 `Error`를 throw하는데, MCP/REST 오류 매핑이 이를 **`-32603 Internal error`** 로 돌려보낸다. 클라이언트 UI는 상세 메시지 없이 Internal error만 보여 **「읽기는 되고 쓰기만 죽었다」**처럼 오해하기 쉽다.

실제 write-path(DB·임베딩) 장애가 아니다. 같은 본문에 `type`만 넣으면 저장된다.

관련: #811 (다른 가설—백틱/정규식·`include_score_breakdown`—과 병행 조사; 이번 케이스는 **재현·원인 확정**)

- Claude Code `#821` 세션에서 `remember` 4연속 `-32603`
- `recall` / `memory_injection`은 정상

### Relation extractor silently falls back to rule-based: availability checked before async client initialization completes

### Version
memento-mcp-server 1.30.0-c (the same un-awaited check is present in current `main`)

### Context
HTTP server mode, `LLM_PROVIDER=openai`, valid `OPENAI_API_KEY`, remote OpenAI-compatible endpoint via `OPENAI_BASE_URL`.

### Symptom
Every `remember` logs `LLM provider initialized` followed ~1ms later by `LLM 서비스가 사용 불가능하여 규칙 기반 결과 반환`, and returns rule-based relations only. No network request is ever attempted.

### fix(mcp): HTTP 모던 era 가 2026-07-28 의 필수 캐시 필드를 빠뜨려 클라이언트가 tools/list 를 거절한다

## 증상

Claude Code 의 MCP 패널:

## 무엇이 막혔나

`MEMENTO_API_TOKENS` 로 이전하려 `.env` 를 고쳐도 **Docker 배포에서는 적용되지 않는다.** 2026-09-22 재배포(`e61c5747`, 1.32.0) 중 실제로 막혔다.

`.env` 에 `MEMENTO_API_TOKENS` 를 넣고 컨테이너를 재생성했는데도:

## 증상

배포된 서버가 MCP 클라이언트에게 자기 버전을 **`1.17.0`** 이라고 말합니다. npm 공개본은 **`1.31.0`** 입니다.

### fix(mcp): -32602 이유가 data 에만 담겨 클라이언트에는 "Invalid params" 한 줄만 보임

## 증상

다른 Claude Code 세션이 `remember` 저장에 실패하고 이렇게 보고했다:

> Memento 저장 실패. `mcp__memento__remember` 가 `content: "test"` 최소 호출에서도 Invalid params 반환 — 파라미터 문제 아니라 서버 쪽. recall/memory_injection 은 정상.

에이전트가 **서버 장애로 오진했다.** 실제로는 파라미터 문제가 맞다.

### bug: stdio MCP 서버가 1.25.0에서 시작되지 않는 문제 (logging capability 누락)

## 요약

1.25.0에서 stdio MCP 서버가 시작되지 않는 심각한 회귀 버그.

## 증상

- MCP 클라이언트에서 Memento MCP 연결 불가
- stderr: `[ERROR] MCP Server Start Failed: Server does not support logging (required for logging/setLevel)`
- 서버 프로세스가 즉시 종료됨

## 원인

packages/memento-server/src/server/index.ts에서 두 가지 버그:
