[BUG] mindwtr_complete_task persists completion but logs repeated saveData corruption errors

Summary

On Windows, mindwtr-mcp@1.1.1 can persist a task completion while repeatedly logging:

SQLite saveData failed
Failed to flush pending save
SqliteError: database disk image is malformed

The MCP response and the durable state therefore contradict the storage errors. Some clients surface the operation as internal_error, although a fresh MCP process confirms that the task is already complete. Retrying after the apparent failure risks duplicate or unintended actions.

Race: stale full-snapshot save can overwrite a newer incremental task save (write loss in short-lived processes)

Summary

updateTask persists incrementally via a fire-and-forget storage.saveTask call, while flushPendingSave() only awaits the debounced snapshot queue (saveInFlight). Two consequences:

  1. A concurrent full-snapshot save (saveData, e.g. triggered by fetchData) can land after a newer incremental write and overwrite it — the task upsert has no rev guard, so a lower-rev row silently clobbers a higher-rev one.

[FEAT] Enable write operations in mindwtr-mcp cloud mode using the existing REST API

Summary

mindwtr-mcp hard-codes all write operations as readOnly() in cloud mode (cloud-service.ts), but the Mindwtr cloud server already exposes a full REST API (POST /v1/tasks, PATCH /v1/tasks/:id, POST /v1/tasks/:id/complete, DELETE /v1/tasks/:id, and equivalents for projects/sections/areas) that accepts and persists mutations correctly. This request asks to wire those endpoints into cloud-service.ts instead of throwing ReadOnlyError.

better-sqlite3@9.6.0 pin breaks npm i -g mindwtr-mcp on Windows without a C++ compiler (no prebuilt binary for recent Node)

Note: this is an install/packaging issue in the mindwtr-mcp npm package, not a sync/data-integrity problem, so a couple of template fields (app-store install channels, Sync debug logging) don't cleanly apply — I've noted that in-line rather than forcing a fit.
