# MyMovement.Space MCP Server

MyMovement.Space is a personalized training platform for athletes, coaches, and active individuals who want structured, evidence-based programming.

This connector lets Claude build real workout sessions for you, using only exercises from our validated catalog. No AI-invented movements. Every session is grounded in expert-designed programming and can be executed inside the MyMovement.Space app with video demonstrations, muscle mapping, and multi-level logging. 

WHAT CLAUDE CAN DO
• Create personalized training sessions based on your goals, level, and preferences
• Search and select from 100+ expert-validated exercises with technique cues and research references
• Build sessions with sets, reps, duration, tempo, rest, and distance-based stations
• Propose structured workouts you can review before saving

HOW IT WORKS
1. Connect your MyMovement.Space account via secure OAuth (subscription required)
2. Ask Claude to plan a session — e.g. "Build an upper body strength session for me"
3. Review the proposed session in Claude
4. Approved sessions appear in the MyMovement.Space app under Sessions → Coach → MCP
5. Execute with video-guided exercises, logging, and progress tracking

INSIDE MYMOVEMENT.SPACE
The app also includes:
• Juniper — built-in AI coaching assistant (in-app chat, separate from this connector)
• EMOM & AMRAP timed circuit viewers for kettlebell, HYROX-style, and multi-block workouts
• Real-time 3D anatomy viewer (native, on-device)
• Garmin Connect running analytics and running mechanics insights
• Structured programs: Mobility, Return to Sport, Sports Performance, Longevity, and more
• Apple Health sync, external workout logging, and progress analytics

PRIVACY & CONTROL
• User-initiated connection only — you authorize access via our web consent flow
• Claude does not embed inside the iOS app; the app displays sessions you explicitly approved
• Disconnect anytime from Claude settings or MyMovement → Settings → Integrations
