# MyOps MCP Server
MyOps is where real estate teams keep their listings, contracts, deals, commissions and expenses. This connector links Claude to your own MyOps account so you can ask for what you need instead of opening reports and filtering lists.
Ask who your top producers are this year, what is under contract right now, what closed last month, how your listings taken compare to your sales, where the money went, or what the numbers are on a particular address. You get an answer in seconds, in plain language, and you can keep asking follow-up questions the way you would with a teammate who knows the whole book of business.
Everything is read-only and scoped to the one team you approve when you connect. What you see follows your MyOps role: owners see team income and expenses, agents see team production and their own money, and documents follow the same rule your MyOps assistant uses, so an agent reads the ones on their own deals. Documents come back as text, never as downloadable files or links. Notes, contacts and tasks stay in the MyOps app.

### Why the tool list is not verified
MyOps refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
