**Describe the bug**
A permission prompt will be sent but responding won't work.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce:
1. Do something Claude needs permission for.
2. Give it permission.
3. Observe the Claude instance, where the question is still active.
4. Observe the Omnara web UI, where the answer appears to send as text ("yes")

**Expected behavior**
Answering the question should pass back through to Claude correctly.
