### Startup crash on mcp>=2: ModuleNotFoundError for mcp.server.fastmcp (pin mcp<2

**Summary**

When the `mcp` SDK resolves to 2.x, `open-notebook-mcp` crashes on startup and exposes no tools.
The import `mcp.server.fastmcp.FastMCP` fails because FastMCP moved/was renamed in `mcp` 2.x:

This looks like the same root cause as #6 — there the newer FastMCP surfaces as
`FastMCP.run() got an unexpected keyword argument 'host'`.

**Workaround**

Pin the SDK at launch:
