Get a real quote — Ask for a quote on any pallets and quantity, and the request is filed directly with the PHS sales team — including an itemized subtotal, an estimated freight cost to any US ZIP code, and lead time. You'll receive a confirmation email, and our team follows up with final pricing. No payment ever happens in chat: quotes are paid via secure Stripe checkout through the emailed link or the PHS Pallets mobile app.

Track and reorder — Existing PHS customers can sign in without a password: a single-use 6-digit code is emailed to your account address and exchanged inside the conversation. Once signed in, view your quotes and order history, get live shipment tracking with carrier, tracking number, ETA and a full event timeline — or reorder your last shipment in one step at your previous unit pricing with a fresh freight estimate.
