[Bug]: Version 0.4.0 incompatible with Claude Desktop - prints ASCII banner to stdio

The v0.4.0 executable prints an ASCII welcome banner and calls Console.ReadKey() when started with --stdio flag, breaking MCP protocol communication with Claude Desktop.

Error in logs: System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot read keys when either application does not have a console or when console input has been redirected.

The server should run in headless mode when --stdio is specified, outputting only JSON-RPC messages.

[Bug]: Remote Power BI MCP GenerateQuery consistently returns -32600 across VS Code, external client, and raw HTTP while schema and query execution succeed

The MCP server crashes immediately when launched from Claude Desktop because it calls Console.ReadKey() in PrintWelcomeInfo(), but stdin is redirected when running as a stdio MCP server (no real console).

[Bug]: GenerateQuery doesn’t use CustomInstructions from the semantic model.

Description

GenerateQuery doesn’t use CustomInstructions from the semantic model. However, it does return them in the GetSemanticModelSchema , and CustomInstructions also work in the PowerBI UI when using the Copilot "Generate DAX" button.

Expected Behavior

GenerateQuery has to use CustomInstructions.

[Bug]: ExecuteQuery fails with generic internal error via Remote MCP (Python/Service Principal), while Direct REST API succeeds

Description

When calling the Power BI Remote MCP server (https://api.fabric.microsoft.com/v1/mcp/powerbi) using a standalone Python script authenticated via a Service Principal, the ExecuteQuery tool consistently fails with an internal execution error.

However, using the exact same Service Principal token to call GetSemanticModelSchema via the MCP succeeds. Furthermore, sending the exact same DAX payload directly to the standard Power BI REST API (/executeQueries) succeeds.
