PriceLabs is a dynamic pricing and revenue management platform for short-term rentals and hospitality. The PriceLabs connector links Claude securely to your PriceLabs account so you can manage your portfolio conversationally — no dashboards or API calls required.

Ask questions like "Why has occupancy dropped for Sunset Villa?", "Which of my listings haven't had a reservation in 60 days?", or "What are booking trends for coastal properties in Spain?" — and take action directly: set date-specific overrides, update base, minimum, and maximum prices, and more.
