# PropFocus AI MCP Server
PropFocus is the pre-sales engagement layer for real estate developers and channel partners in India. Brokers share personalised project microsites, site visit pages and post-visit pricing pages with buyers over WhatsApp, and PropFocus tracks every open, scroll and return visit so sales teams know who is genuinely interested.
This connector brings that data into Claude. Once connected with your PropFocus login, Claude can:
- Tell you who to call today from your daily priority list
- Search and summarise leads, with a 360 view of engagement, notes and visits
- Show how a buyer engaged with a specific microsite
- List upcoming and past site visits
- Look up a lead by CRM or Salesforce Lead ID and show every link sent to them
- Build a presentation-ready report pack: funnel, per-project breakdown, weekly trend, top leads and upcoming visits
- Read Salesforce lead copies already synced into PropFocus, including overdue follow-ups
- Create a microsite or site visit link, or add a note, after you confirm
Fifteen of the nineteen tools are read-only. The four write tools only create new records (microsites, site visits, notes); nothing is edited or deleted, and every creation tool returns a preview first and only proceeds when you confirm. Access is scoped to your own PropFocus account and organisation through OAuth 2.1 with OTP login. The connector never calls Salesforce directly and never asks for Salesforce credentials.
Requires an active PropFocus account. Some tool groups (Salesforce lookups, RNR opportunities, create actions) are enabled per organisation.
